How long will shipping take?

Can I change or return my item?
Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched (whichever is earlier). Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
