Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
However, we do offer replacements/refunds in the following cases:
● You received a damaged product
● You received the wrong product
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
● Order ID and Invoice
● Clear images of the product
● Clear unboxing video
Once verified, we will process your replacement/refund.
